These Hoisin Chicken Wings are so yummy, easy to make, and they are full of flavor. The best part is that no oil is needed, and you would never know.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 cup Hoisin sauce
  • 1 Tbsp garlic and ginger seasoning blend
  • 1 Tbsp red pepper flakes
  • 1.5 lb chicken wings

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients, (except chicken wings), to a large mixing bowl and mix well. Add the chicken wings and using your hands, mix until the chicken wings are coated with the marinade.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Then place about six wings into the fryer basket. You want a single layer.
  4. Set the Air Fryer temperature to 360°F. (I use the Farberware Air Fryer)
  5. Then, depending on the meatiness of your chicken, air-fry for 12-15 minutes. Using tongs flip and then air-fry for another 7-10 minutes. Repeat until all the uncooked wings are done.
  6. Serve warm.

Notes: You want to clean out the crumb base and frying basket before the drippings dry up and caked in.
